Walnuts and blue cheese ficelle
The little story
If Mamie were to cite one of her breads as a signature product, for sure, she would choose this ficelle. Consisting of a white dough, made from organic and Quebec flour from the La Milanaise mill, she adds pieces of blue cheese and whole walnut kernels.
